A little about me, my goals and my business…

My name is Roland Kym, and after many successful years working as businessman and entrepreneur I started my Real Estate career in April 2009. Previously I have been involved in many innovative & exciting solution-based companies as well as several life-style businesses. 

I’ve also worked in every stage of a company’s growth.  However, for as long as I can remember, I have always had a passion for Real-Estate. So, in 2009 under the direction and advice of my closest friends and mentors, I made the career switch to become a Real-Estate Professional. 

My passion for business helping people has motivated me and allowed me to succeed in making clients’ real estate dreams reality. 

I am licensed with Keller Williams Black Diamond Realty. Keller Williams is now the largest Real Estate Company by agent count in the world. I am proud to be a leader with this great company that is quickly expanding into Canada and Vancouver.

We’ve done a few things differently with a consistent focus on our core values. 

Being Client Focused: We always keep our clients best interests at heart. We are not interested in making a quick deal; rather we want to establish a life-long partnership with our clients. We are building our business as the go-to support center for all our clients Real-Estate needs and establishing ourselves as their REALTOR for life. 

Using Innovative Marketing & Promotions: We continue to use all proven marketing methods and tools established by the many great REALTORS before us. We are however, on the leading edge of innovative marketing and promotional tools. This allows us to better position our listings and attract the RIGHT buyers at the RIGHT PRICE.

Providing Attention to Detail: We recognize that our clients are making some of their largest purchasing and selling decisions with us. We value this opportunity to assist in making the best possible decision for their lifestyle. Attention to detail in contracts, timelines, and staying on target is our objective and responsibility. We’ve built a system and checklist for every stage, step and sequence in the buying and selling process to make sure that no detail is forgotten.

Hard Work: We work harder and smarter than anyone else because we recognize that our clients have worked equally hard to achieve the goals they set out for themselves.  We understand that by building the proper foundation we will be able to support our clients and grow with them as their needs evolve.

In my first few years of working as a Realtor I am thrilled to have completed over 70 successful transactions and be recognized in the top 10% of all Vancouver Realtors. In 2015 I persoanly completed 87 sales on my own, firmly esstablishing myself in the top 1% of all Vancouver Realtors. Even more thrilled are the clients who are happily living in their new homes. They value my dedication, hard work and focus on accomplishing their goals.  Their support radiates through our many successful testimonials and the results speak for themselves.
